GuideMeAround&Co SAS ("GuideMeAround&Co SAS," "we," or "us") provides the AI-powered GAIDED app ("GAIDED" or "App"), an intelligent travel companion designed for Users ("you" or "User"). By downloading or using GAIDED, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GuideMeAround&Co SAS. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
GAIDED is designed to enhance your travels through AI-powered text and audio suggestions, offering location-based content. To use the service, download the App from the appropriate store, follow the instructions, and set up an account. Once registered, you can access personalized content for destinations worldwide.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use GAIDED for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and based on your chosen free or paid subscription ("Pass"). Any rights not explicitly granted are retained by GuideMeAround&Co SAS.
GAIDED’s performance relies on geolocation to provide real-time, context-specific guidance. GAIDED “Ask a question” feature relies on access to your microphone, and GAIDED’s “Scan a monument” feature relies on access to your camera. By using the App, you agree to allow us to use your location data to deliver personalized services. Location data is processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using the App.
GuideMeAround&Co SAS offers several subscription options that allow users varying levels of access to GAIDED’s features. There is currently one free access plan, and two GAIDED Plus paid plans (1 week or 1 year, both automatically renewable). All subscription plans are purchased directly through the App, activated immediately, and cannot be canceled or refunded unless specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change but will not affect current Subscribers.
GAIDED is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GuideMeAround&Co SAS does not guarantee that the information, content, or materials included on the App will be accurate, reliable, or correct; that the App will be available at any particular time or location, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the mobile app is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is solely at Your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of using the GAIDED App. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us. We do not warrant or assume any responsibility for these third-party services.
GAIDED uses advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLM) to generate and curate travel content. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may produce information that is not fully reliable or accurate. As such, all information provided by GAIDED should be independently verified by the User, especially in circumstances where inaccuracies could lead to personal risk or harm. GuideMeAround&Co SAS is not responsible or liable for any content generated by the AI, including but not limited to content that is illegal, incorrect, offensive, or otherwise harmful or misleading. The voices You hear in this application are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. These voices are not real and are created by a machine learning algorithm. The inputs You provide to the App (e.g., text, voice, or other data) will be used to generate content through AI models. This content generation is aimed at enhancing Your experience and providing tailored responses within the App. We do not share your input data with third parties for the purpose of training external AI models or for any other purposes not explicitly stated in the Terms or in our Privacy Policy.
GAIDED is intended to enhance Your travel experience, not replace Your judgement or decision-making abilities. The directions and information provided by the App should be used as a guide only. The User is responsible for their safety and must exercise caution and common sense when following any guidance provided by GAIDED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of GuideMeAround&Co SAS, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors, for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount You paid for the use of the App in the 12 months period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim, or EUR 100, whichever amount is greater.
In no event shall GuideMeAround&Co SAS, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to (i) Your use or inability to use GAIDED, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of the App and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption of the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the App; and/or (vi) any other matters relating to the App. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if GuideMeAround&Co SAS has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are effective upon Your acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated by either You or GuideMeAround&Co SAS, as outlined below.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the App and deleting all copies of the App from your devices.
GAIDED may terminate these Terms or suspend Your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, Your breach of these Terms, or unexpected technical or security issues.

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our App. However, if You encounter issues that prevent You from accessing the App during your purchased access period, You may be eligible for a refund or extension of access time under the following conditions:
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of France.
GuideMeAround&Co SAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide a notice prior to any new Terms taking effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements of the parties, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Being in its early stage, GAIDED is a work in progress, and Users may experience rapid changes and updates in its features and functionality. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will be used to refine and enhance the App. By providing feedback, suggestions, or comments, You grant GuideMeAround&Co SAS an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use this feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to You.
